Stamback Management Inc. (SMI) is a privately held management and investment company focused on the ownership and operation of specialized manufacturing businesses.

SMI acts as the managing member for multiple operating companies, partnering with outside investors while maintaining direct responsibility for strategy, execution, and long-term performance. Our role is not passive. We are deeply involved in executive leadership, capital allocation, operational oversight, and growth initiatives across each business we manage.

Our investment focus is narrow and intentional: smaller, niche manufacturing companies with proprietary products, defensible market positions, and opportunities for operational improvement. We believe durable value is created through disciplined execution, not financial engineering.

In addition to manufacturing, SMI oversees a portfolio of real-estate entities that support our operating companies and long-term asset strategy. These assets exist to strengthen the operating platform—not to distract from it.
